Role Summary

We are hiring a Delivery Manager to lead and transform the delivery function at Draup. This is a senior role requiring strategic leadership, AI-first delivery excellence, and deep people management capabilities. The ideal candidate is a high-calibre professional from a premier academic institution with significant experience at reputed organisations, who can drive productivity transformation through AI adoption while ensuring best-in-class customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Delivery Excellence & Customer Satisfaction

  • Leverage in-house AI tools to ensure all reports are delivered 5x-10x faster with dramatically higher insight depth and quality
  • Drive measurable improvement in customer satisfaction scores by delivering richer, AIaugmented outputs consistently

AI Adoption, Productivity Transformation & Training

  • Champion AI adoption across the team — ensure every member is proficient in using AI tools and Agents for research, analysis, and report generation
  • Set AI-usage benchmarks, track adoption metrics, and drive a 5x–10x productivity multiplier across the delivery function
  • Train and upskill consultants on AI tools, prompt engineering, and automated workflows; embed a culture of continuous AI learning

Agent Creation Strategy & Use Case Automation

  • Identify and prioritise repetitive customer use cases that can be automated through AI agents
  • Lead the creation of agent blueprints — define scope, inputs, outputs, and success metrics
  • Drive at least 5 production-ready agent use cases per month in collaboration with tech and product teams

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Build a high-performing, AI-first team by mentoring consultants on advanced AI workflows, prompt engineering, and agent-assisted research
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous upskilling
  • Manage team performance, career development, and delivery quality end-to-end

Customer Engagement & Account Health

  • Work closely with CSMs to maintain strong customer relationships and proactively showcase AI-enhanced deliverables as a value differentiator
  • Support account growth through superior delivery, improved turnaround times, and richer insights

Thought Leadership & AI-Powered Market Intelligence

  • Leverage in-house AI tools to proactively produce high-impact reports, whitepapers, and POVs on emerging trends (tech disruptions, regulatory shifts, industry movements)
  • Develop templates, models, and frameworks reusable across customers and prospects

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Platform Improvement

  • Collaborate with product, tech, and CSM teams to improve platform capabilities and delivery infrastructure
  • Provide structured feedback on AI tool integrations, agent performance, and automation gaps

Process Governance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, delivery discipline, and AI governance standards
  • Proactively manage risks including AI output quality control, data accuracy validation, and escalation handling
  • Deliver reports and insights in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Exceptional academic background from a premier/reputed institution (MBA from a top-tier institute preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in research, consulting, delivery management, or analytics roles at reputed organisations
  • Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success in driving AI adoption and workflow transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver outputs on time in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Core Skills

  • Strong secondary research, analytical, and strategic thinking ability
  • Expertise in MS Office; very strong Excel (advanced analysis, modelling) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling and presentations)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to create executive-ready insights, narratives, and strategic recommendations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; experience building and scaling teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to structure and solve complex, open-ended problems in a fastpaced environment

Technology Orientation

  • Deep understanding of AI (GenAI/Agentic AI), automation, and digital transformation trends
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to dramatically improve research, report generation, and delivery workflows
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale AI-powered automation across a delivery team
  • Experience building AI agents or automating use cases using agentic frameworks is a strong plus
  • Strong ability to train and coach teams on AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted research and reporting
