What Our Associate Consultants will do

Draup is seeking a passionate Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will work closely with clients, delivering in-depth analyses of labor market data, including talent supply, demand, and cost. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the functionality of our cutting-edge talent intelligence platform.

This role offers a blend of client interaction and internal collaboration, providing exposure to groundbreaking work in talent intelligence. You’ll partner with experts in product development, machine learning, and mathematics, gaining valuable insights into how advanced methodologies shape the future of workforce analytics and power our SaaS platform for talent.

While the role does not require a technical background, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical aptitude are essential for conducting precise data analyses and generating actionable insights. If you’re eager to thrive at the intersection of data-driven decision-making and client success, this role is your chance to be part of a team redefining how organizations navigate talent ecosystems.

You will also interact with Fortune 500 clients through emails, meetings to understand their unique talent intelligence requirements. Your responsibilities will include deciphering and translating the client’s needs into actionable deliverables while ensuring alignment with the product’s capabilities and internal data constraints.

You’ll serve as a bridge between the client and internal teams, articulating business challenges, prioritizing requests, and setting realistic expectations. Effective communication will be critical in addressing inquiries, clarifying the scope of deliverables, and offering tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying potential opportunities for upselling and deepening the partnership by demonstrating the value of the product in addressing evolving business challenges.

Responsibilities as an Associate Consultant

Talent Platform Process Optimization:

  • Enhance the efficiency and functionality of Draup’s SaaS talent intelligence platform by ensuring the accuracy of talent intelligence data. 
  • Collaborate with product, machine learning, and data science teams to deliver platform data improvement and capabilities’ projects.
  • Analyze labor market data to identify trends and provide insights across various industries.
  • Drive taxonomy enrichment and ensure the platform reflects evolving job market demands and emerging roles.
  • Stay updated on global labor market trends to ensure platform relevance.

Customer Project Delivery:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of labor market data projects for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on but not limited to talent supply, demand, and cost analytics.
  • Stay informed about the product’s functionalities, data sources, and limitations, enabling you to manage expectations proactively and ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and provide actionable labor market insights.
  • Perform job role-mapping, location-based analysis, and talent availability assessments, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and a solution-oriented approach.

Recommended Experience

  • Expertise in talent analytics, labor market trends, and talent intelligence, with advanced proficiency in Excel (automation, data modeling, and pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging clients and stakeholders, with a solid understanding of salary benchmarking and workforce planning.
