Draup is hiring an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President of Integration & Strategic Partnerships to lead our technology integration and partner ecosystem initiatives
Role Overview:
She/He will play a pivotal role in driving product integrations with strategic partners, shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, building integrated solutions and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated solutions to our customers.
This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams, along with executive stakeholders at partner and customer organizations.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology services, with a strong background in partnerships, product integrations, or solution architecture.
- Proven track record of owning partner integrations and GTM success in a high growth environment.
- Technical fluency to communicate effectively with developers and product managers.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience negotiating and managing strategic alliances or partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & GTM Strategy
- Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with technology platforms, consulting companies, and Global System Integrators.
- Define and execute joint GTM strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and adoption.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including integration roadmaps and commercial terms.
Integration Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product and API integrations, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver integration projects that align with market needs and partner capabilities.
- Own the technical architecture and solution design for integrations.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them design and implement integrated solutions using our platform and partner technologies/services.
- Work closely with solution architects, account executives, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align internal teams around integration priorities and partner initiatives.
- Represent the voice of the partner and the customer in internal product discussions and roadmap planning.
