I hope you're doing well. We had a very good Draup London Conference last week, with strong participation from 50+ talent, recruitment, and workforce leaders across industries.

We have put together a short synthesis of the key themes that emerged across the conversations. The document is not intended to be a session-by-session recap, but rather a read-across of the major patterns we heard during the day.

A few themes stood out clearly: talent intelligence is moving closer to business strategy, recruitment is becoming more intelligence-led, work design is emerging as a critical part of AI transformation, and organizations are looking for a more dynamic way to connect skills, roles, workflows, and business priorities.

Please take a few minutes to read through the document. We hope it gives you a useful view of how leading organizations are thinking about workforce transformation in this next phase of AI.
