I hope you're doing well.  A few trends are becoming consistent across AI Transformation, based on our observations. We have written a short paper on the factors that influence the velocity of AI Transformation

  • AI transformation is increasingly constrained not by model capability, but by integration, access, workflow, and adoption barriers.
  • Organizations must diagnose the true constraint and assess AI economics based on workflow-level gains in time, capacity, quality, and speed.
  • Early momentum can be created by prioritizing high-value work that is less dependent on complex legacy systems.
  • Sustained transformation requires adaptable work redesign, clear governance, and continuous iteration as AI capabilities evolve.
  • The CHRO plays a critical role in redesigning roles, skills, decision rights, and management practices to convert AI potential into enterprise performance.

We hope you find this helpful
