Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Consultant to own end-to-end execution of research and consulting engagements. The role requires strong analytical thinking, team leadership, individual ownership, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive high-quality, scalable delivery. The ideal candidate comes from a premier academic institution and has built their career at reputed organisations, bringing deep expertise in research and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of research/consulting projects (account intelligence, industry analysis, ABM, competitive insights, etc.)
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-quality reports by combining deep research with analytical tools, ensuring timely and accurate output
- Drive automation of repetitive workflows to improve efficiency, speed, and scalability using AI and in-house tools
- Leverage AI tools to boost productivity in report generation, research, and day-to-day tasks
- Train and upskill team members on AI tools and automation workflows to embed an AI-first culture in the team
- Translate ambiguous asks into structured problem-solving and actionable insights
- Build and standardise processes, frameworks, and SOPs
- Manage high-priority, high-stakes accounts through structured cadences and proactive engagement
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts/consultants, driving performance and capability development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing discussions when required
Requirements
- Strong academic background from a premier/reputed institution (MBA from a top-tier institute preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in research, consulting, or analytics roles at reputed organisations
- Prior experience leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reports within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong secondary research, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Expertise in MS Office; very strong Excel (analysis, modelling) and PowerPoint (storytelling, executive presentations)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently
- Ability to create executive-ready insights and narratives
- People management and leadership skills; ability to drive team performance and foster collaboration
- Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver structured outputs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Technology Orientation
- Good understanding of AI (GenAI/Agentic AI), automation, and digital trends
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance research, report generation, and workflow productivity
