  • Infosys implemented a global warranty solution on SAP S/4 HANA across all Johnson Controls ducted products, enabling Johnson Controls to simplify factory warranty processes, enhance visibility into assets, and become more responsive to customers. 


Japan became a manufacturing hub for factory automation products, making factory automation more affordable in the Asia-Pacific region. 

  • The Hitachi India Pvt Ltd’s Research & Development (HIL R&D) center developed an automated construction surveillance system that tracks construction workers’ safety enforcement in real-time to minimize disruption in the execution of contracts. 

  • ABB and Dassault Systems invested USD 150 Mn to develop collaborative robots at ABB’s manufacturing plant in Shanghai. 

  • Mitsubishi is developing control technology for in-building mobility and facilities, visualization technology to determine the source of a problem in manufacturing equipment, and Path planning and vehicle control technologies for self-driving vehicles.
