What Our Consultant will do

Our Consultant will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring precision and a data-driven approach at every stage. They will foster a culture of excellence, resilience, and collaboration within the team while going the extra mile to achieve outstanding results. With a commitment to training and mentoring team members, they will focus on enhancing the quality of deliverables and driving high-performance standards. Adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential, enabling them to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrates strong leadership abilities, excelling in team management and customer-focused engagements.
  • Skilled in secondary research, consulting, and leveraging data-driven analytics for decision-making.
  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Experienced in handling customer interactions, delivering results, and maintaining high-quality outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant work experience (prior experience in managing teams and customer-facing roles highly desirable)
