Draup is a US-based growth-stage B2B startup, operating as an AI-driven enterprise decision making platform for corporate leaders in sales and talent domains. With a focus on exponential growth, Draup is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to collaborate closely with customers and enhance their success on the Draup platform

Job Overview: The primary goal is to initiate meaningful business discussions, break the ice, and engage with potential clients. Will communicate best practices and Draup offerings, and capabilities to customers. You will also need to understand target markets, use cases, industry and customer trends, and competitive landscapes, and effectively position the product to win in the market.

Job Description:

  1. Strategize and implement outbound tele-calling campaigns.
  2. Reach out to prospects - break the ice and engage over meaningful business discussions.
  3. Collaborate with the other Marketing functions and assist in rolling out Marketing campaigns, events and webinars.
  4. Lead generation, consistent nurturing and transition to sales as per quarterly and annual targets.
  5. Keep the CRM 100% updated on an ongoing basis.

Prerequisites:

  1. Ability and willingness to work as per the US Eastern Time Zone.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. 1 year of experience in pitching enterprise SaaS platforms to US / Europe based prospects.
  4. Good to have - good presentation skills.
  5. Must have worked at a stretch for at least 18 months, for the current/last employer.
