Draup is hiring a results-driven Junior Enterprise Account Executive based in The Woodlands, TX to accelerate the growth of our Talent Use Cases.

Role Overview:
You will identify, develop, and close new business through active prospecting and collaboration with Marketing teams & VP of Sales. As a Junior Account Executive, you will work primarily from our The Woodlands, TX office for 4 days a week (1 day of remote flexibility).

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pipeline and maintain client relationships
  • Engage enterprise accounts via phone, email, social selling, and other outreach methods
  • Leverage research and data for relevant prospect engagement
  • Deliver tailored product demos
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales to close deals
  • Employ consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)

Qualifications:

  • 1 -2 years of experience selling SaaS software (preferably to HR Leaders)

OR

2+ years of experience in active prospecting (targeting HR leaders) as a Business Development Representative (BDR), with a strong desire to grow into a Junior Account Executive role

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)
  • Process-driven and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, talent acquisition, or talent intelligence is a Plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Performance-based, with an OTE of $100,000 – $120,000
  • Benefits Package: Health, Dental, 401(k), etc.
