Role Overview:
The Experiential Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving top-of-the-funnel opportunities and increasing visibility among our target addressable markets. This individual will own the strategy and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, including conferences, webinars, podcasts, and the development of key marketing assets like case studies and customer testimonials. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline generation
- Generate net new qualified Sales pipeline through experiential channels – conferences, webinars, podcasts, breakfast shows.
- Event strategy and execution:
- Plan, manage, and execute participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other in-person/virtual events.
- Develop pre- and post-event marketing strategies to maximize ROI, including lead capture and follow-up campaigns.
- Webinars and Podcasts:
- Conceptualize, organize, and promote webinars and podcasts that showcase Draup’s expertise and solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify compelling topics and speakers.
- Content Development:
- Drive the creation of high-quality marketing assets, such as case studies and customer testimonials.
- Create experiential content and collaborate with design teams to ensure assets are engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with Draup’s brand voice.
- Market Visibility:
- Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media to amplify Draup’s presence.
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and partnerships that align with Draup’s marketing goals.
- Performance Tracking:
- Measure and analyze the impact of experiential marketing efforts on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, recommending improvements to optimize results.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on experiential or event marketing.
- Proven success in driving top-of-the-funnel opportunities through conferences, webinars, and other channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Experience in creating and promoting marketing assets like case studies and testimonials.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, marketing automation software, and webinar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
