Draup is hiring a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate new logo acquisition and drive growth of our Sales Enablement Use Case.
About the Role:
You will identify, develop, and close new business through active prospecting and collaboration with our BDR and Marketing teams. With large, opportunity-rich territories, we seek a proven seller who can deliver immediate results.
Responsibilities:
- Build a robust pipeline and maintain client relationships
- Engage enterprise accounts via phone, email, social selling, and other outreach methods
- Deliver tailored product demos and develop consultative solutions
- Leverage research and data for relevant prospect presentations
- Employ consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
- Coach BDRs to optimize lead generation

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of selling SaaS products
- 2+ years of experience selling software to Sales & Marketing Leaders
- SaaS sales experience with complex sales cycles
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)
- Process-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Commission: Performance-based, with an OTE of $220,000 – $240,000
- Benefits Package: Health, Dental, 401(k), etc.
