Draup is hiring an experienced and entrepreneurial Vice President of Integration & Strategic Partnerships to lead our technology integration and partner ecosystem initiatives

Role Overview:

She/He will play a pivotal role in driving product integrations with strategic partners, shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, building integrated solutions and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated solutions to our customers.

This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring close collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams, along with executive stakeholders at partner and customer organizations.

  • Established relationships with industry leaders and partners (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Microsoft) are a strong plus.
  • Strong grasp of GTM levers, pricing models, and partner business cases.
  • Operate hands-on in early-stage/ambiguous environments but also build for scale.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology services, with a strong background in partnerships, product integrations, or solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of owning partner integrations and GTM success in a high growth environment.
  • Technical fluency to communicate effectively with developers and product managers.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience negotiating and managing strategic alliances or partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  Partnership Development & GTM Strategy

  • Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships with technology platforms, consulting companies, and Global System Integrators.
  • Define and execute joint GTM strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and adoption.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including integration roadmaps and commercial terms.

  Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product and API integrations, from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver integration projects that align with market needs and partner capabilities.
  • Own the technical architecture and solution design for integrations.

  Customer Engagement & Solution Design

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them design and implement integrated solutions using our platform and partner technologies/services.
  • Work closely with solution architects, account executives, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.

  Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align internal teams around integration priorities and partner initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the partner and the customer in internal product discussions and roadmap planning.
