The last decade has seen exponential changes in how consumers view media, how businesses create those media and how marketers advertise on them. Cable TV, for example, lost an unprecedented number of customers in Q3 of 2018, according to The Wall Street Journal, as people opted for subscription-based TV services and Gaming platforms also heading towards technological advancement. Media and Entertainment companies are now focusing on the development of digital entertainment platforms.

  • Paramount Pictures is currently working with numerous outsourcing partners majorly involved in System Integration, Application Development & Maintenance, Data Warehouse, and Broadcasting related engagements.
  • Nintendo kept its focus on developing Game joysticks, Portable gaming consoles, Nintendo Switch, and Wii U. The company developed new online games to connect worldwide customers in one link together and conducted gaming events where the company gained many fans in the Asian market.  

Combining the strengths to accelerate the product portfolio paved the way and bridged the gap in Expertise and Knowledge.

  • MGM partnered with Audio Up, the podcasting company, to launch a podcast content production studio, platform, and network. This partnership will accelerate MGM’s expansion into new storytelling platforms, and the company also partnered with TCG Entertainment Rocky and Legally Blonde Concert Series to begin in July 2021. This partnership with TCG Entertainment to grow MGM’s portfolio of live events.  
  • NBCUniversal partnered with PayPal to launch One Platform Commerce to unify a growing array of commerce initiatives like ShoppableTV, NBCUniversal Checkout, and Shop Telemundo.  
  • Warner Bros. focuses on the development of media-related products through digital technologies.  
  • Partnered with Cinelytic to develop an AI management tool.
  • Launched Hybrid Distribution Model to provide support for films and creative partners.
  • Partnered with Plex for streaming services.
  • Expanded its product portfolio for the Harry Potter Flagship Store.
