Job Objective

The Sales Operations Analyst helps and coordinates with the corporate function team to build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices for Draup. You will help the sales team to maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams and KPIs. You will be the partner of sales leadership team in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence. You are the trusted partner of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the sales organization.

What you will do

  • Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focuses on front end sales process, improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Analyze and develop sales operations policies and procedures.
  • Conducting analyses to gain deeper insights into business
  • Maintain, design, and optimize reporting and dashboard as needed.
  • Experience working in B2B Environment and Expert in sales operations
  • Assess client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; and consolidate into actionable recommendations for the executive team.
  • Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth.
  • Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective lead management processes, metrics, and policies, in conjunction with sales leadership.

What you should know/have

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree is a must
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Sales Leadership Support

  • Conducting lead routing for corporate functions with US sales team.
  • Create quarterly presentation decks to highlight metrics, accomplishments, trends, etc.
