Job Description
Research Analyst in the Talent Team at Draup will work on the different aspects of Labour and Talent analysis processes. Some of the core workloads include building frameworks for automated processes to harvest and process data, identify various skills associated with different job roles, estimating workforce size for different locations, identifying appropriate courses and certifications for corporate reskilling initiatives and providing descriptions for different job roles.
What you will do
Support and contribute to research assignments by conducting primary and secondary research on domestic and global markets/companiesDevelop a structured and logical approach to data collection, including identification of new sourcesCreate data interpretation models to provide actionable insightsMonitor/capture various market trends and financial details of domestic and global marketsWhat you will need
- The Analyst should have a thorough understanding of different job occupations, knowledge about the demand for trending skills such as data analytics, machine learning, RPA and computer languages
- Should have 1 year of experience in primary or secondary research and must have an eye for detail as we deal with large data sets
- Should have an orientation and knowledge of basic concepts and techniques of market research
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of digital technologies would be preferred
