The Product Analyst for Draup is responsible for participating in the creation of new features, from the idea stage to launch. The role will provide day-to-day product management support for the various development and scrum teams, as well as working with various internal teams to plan out and priorities 6 to 18 months roadmap; finally ensuring the teams receives the appropriate requirements and are notified of any changes to ensure successful deployment of various features
Your primary responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving the overall user experience. Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams and Product Manager to build product features that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Provide insights on end-user requirements and collaborate with UX design and Technology teams and assist in the development of new features to improve Draup Platform capabilities and user experienceProvide detailed documentation of requirements in forms of user stories and support grooming efforts with UX Design, and Technology team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and validate value delivery through UAT or other testing efforts.Prioritize sprint & release backlogs to provide the highest value to Draup customers, and Communicate the enhancement and new tools benefits to the customersReview and analyze usage patterns to understand user behavior and incorporate insight on enhancements or sunsetting decisionsWhat you’ll need

Who you are
- Minimum, 1 year of product management experience with a successful launch of new product/solutions or major refactoring of existing product OR Minimum of 2-3 years of business system analysis with completed projects and requirement gathering for multiple stakeholders
