Designation: Finance Associate 

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant  

Work experience: 0 to 1 year 

Job Objective: 

We are looking for the Finance Associate in our Finance team and will be Reporting to Finance Head, the professional will manage complete end to end accounting and all statutory compliances for the group across India & US. 

Job Overview: 

The position will own and lead all day-to-day finance operations, manage vendor partner relationship. It will hold functional responsibility over accounting, payroll, statutory compliance, tax, and support in audits. 

The candidate will work closely with the Finance and other team members, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures, but also to explore how the finance function can be seamless for the teams. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

The candidate will primarily be responsible for all accounting, tax and legal compliance and reporting for the entity but not limited only to these. He will be required to interact with tax consultants, auditors, banks and work alongside internal teams to effectively control the interest and assets of the organization and provide ongoing business support to deliver the following responsibilities: 

Accounting Operations 

  • Manage end to end accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Cost Classification and Revenue Recognition. 
  • Drive and take ownership of the entire general ledger consolidation process and ensure financial integrity is always maintained. 
  • Fixed Asset and Depreciation Accounting on monthly basis 
  • Reconciliations of all the Balance Sheet Items including Intercompany across regions and entities and the Bank Reconciliations. 


  • GST, PF, PT Return filings, Labor Law Compliances – Manage end to end GST, TDS, PF, PT and all tax and statutory filings. 
  • Reconciliation of GST and TDS along with Form 2B and 26AS on a periodic basic. 

MIS and Audits  

  • Support in Finalization of the Month end, Qtr end and Year-end Financials (Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement). 
  • Coordination of all Audit Activities
  • Manage internal and external audits when they occur. 

Required Skills & Personal Attributes: 

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant  
  • Thorough Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Policies  
  • Strong communication skills,  
  • Ability to articulate financial results, accounting policies and procedures in layman’s terms, 
  • A keen focus on automation. 
  • Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, 
  • Strong MS Office, Tally Prime knowledge.
