  • Thales and Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Government of India entity, will work together on the STAR Streak Air Defense system with public and private support from India and the United Kingdom. 
  • Airbus Defense and Space and Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) will jointly implement the project to supply the air force with 56 C-295 transport aircraft as part of the Make-in-India initiative in the aerospace sector.
