  • iHeartRadio partnered with Super Hi-Fi, an AI company to solve awkward transitions between songs while listening to internet radio, a playlist, or picking the songs that are being retrieved from those upcoming albums. 
  • Thomson Reuters launched a new video feature that uses AI to provide customers with access to near-instant, time-coded speech-to-text transcripts. The system employs AI to provide automatic translations for each transcript into English. 
  • RTL Nieuws has introduced the editorial robot ADAM (Automatic Data Article Machine) to write stories based on large amounts of data collected, analyzed, and processed by journalists, making it possible to cater to local trends.

  • Ubisoft has developed a crowd simulation for Assassin’s creed. The game uses crowds of up to 120 characters at a time to serve as obstacles to the player, but also allows limited interaction with the crowd. 
  • Pearson adopted a new technology called Einstein Chatbot to help customers with their top support requests like resetting passwords. 
  • Pinterest taps a taxonomic knowledge management system that enables content-level understanding, improving the accuracy of AI models on the platform that is involved in search and classification tasks

  • IPG partnered with ACXIOM and launched Kinesso, a Marketing Intelligence Engine application that helps marketers amplify the impact of traditional and addressable media through the better use of data in which AI helps for the targeted ad for the common search 
  • Valve introduced infinite single-player games using AI. It helps to create infinite single-player games, with maps and objectives that continue to increase over the months, without the man-developer having to work continuously. 
  • Warner Music-Warner Bros partnered with Cinelytic for its AI project management system to assist in making decisions on movies during the greenlight process 
  • Snapchat introduced a platform to create vertical ads instantaneously. The ad creators are required to upload their creative properties and the Instant Create will import photos from their website if requested.
